Inland Empire Junk Removal FAQ
Inland Empire Questions, Answered
How the photo price is set, what changes it and what doesn’t, and how your city’s bulky program fits alongside us. Question not here? Send it by text and you’ll hear back quickly.
Pricing
How is my price calculated?
From your photo. Each item is matched to a published catalog price, and you see the total before you book. Add a second photo later and the quote updates.
What’s the smallest job you’ll book?
The minimum is $100. One sofa ($126) already clears it; one twin mattress ($82) on its own bills at the minimum.
Do stairs or long driveways cost more?
No. An upstairs bedroom, a third-floor walk-up or a barn at the end of a long drive is priced the same as a garage by the curb.
Is there a charge for same-day service?
No. When a crew can come today, the price matches any other day.
When does truck-fill pricing kick in?
For big jobs — a whole garage, an estate, a full unit. It runs from $241 for a quarter of the 16-cubic-yard truck to $732 for all of it, and your quote charges whichever is lower: item total or truck-fill.
Scheduling & Pickup
How soon can I get on the schedule?
Pick from the open windows on the quote page — same day when one is free. Mornings fill first in summer.
Do I have to be home?
No. Leave items in an open garage or share a gate or door code, and photos come to you when the job is done.
Who does the hauling?
Vetted local crews working through JunkRabbit. You book and message with us; the crew brings the truck and does the lifting.
Can you get into gated communities?
Yes. Canyon Lake, Dos Lagos and the gated tracts are routine; share the entry details when you book.
What We Take
Do you take refrigerators and A/C units?
Yes. A fridge is $164 and a window A/C $109, with the refrigerant recovered before recycling.
Can you remove a hot tub?
Yes. A standard hot tub is $390 and a six-to-eight-person spa $501. The owner handles the electrical disconnect first.
Do you haul brush and yard waste?
Yes, at $88 per cubic yard, kept separate from other debris. See the construction and yard debris page.
Can you take paint cans or propane tanks?
Yes, with their own prices: a one-gallon paint can is $30 and a twenty-pound propane tank $33.
Local Rules
What does the City of Riverside’s bulky pickup allow?
Two appointments per address per year, five items each, set out by 5:30 a.m. It excludes TVs, computers, refrigerators, freezers and A/C units, and mattresses must be wrapped or bagged.
Which cities cover apartments?
Ontario and Rialto direct apartment residents to their property manager rather than offering bulky pickup. Check with your own city for the rest.
Which areas do you serve?
The valley floor of Riverside and San Bernardino counties, from Chino Hills and Upland to Redlands and Banning, and south to Murrieta and Temecula. The full area list has every city.
