Storage Cleanout FAQs
How much does it cost to clear a storage unit?
Priced full: 5x5 units at $226, 5x10 at $397, 10x10 at $587, and 10x20 at $1,174.
Do I need to be there?
Someone has to provide access: you, or the facility office if it allows. Photos come back when it’s empty.
What if the unit is only half full?
Then truck-fill usually comes out lower, starting at $241, and the quote uses it.
Can you keep a few boxes out for me?
Yes. Point them out and the crew leaves them in the unit or at your car.
Do you broom-sweep the unit?
We remove everything you want gone; the facility’s own move-out rules are between you and the office.
